If dogs could speak, what would be your pet’s favorite words?
In The Bark Magazine, I read, “that if dogs would talk they would stand at the end of our beds and say, ‘More chicken.'”
Sydney would surely say, “Take me to the beach.”
Make it happen for your pets
“Some people want it to happen, some people wish it would happen, others make it happen.” Michael Jordan
What would your dog what you to make happen for him?
If you don’t know, go ask him?
Guest blogger on Saturday, September 30th, please stay tuned.
Those of us who have dogs, especially who have adopted a dog or rescued one, know each dog comes with challenges. A few unique dogs, like our Sydney, in the photograph above, pose extreme challenges. Have you ever adopted or rescued a dog with challenges?
Have you ever adopted or rescued a dog with challenges? If you have, please share your story with us. Share two or three specific issues, and how your dog and you adjusted to life together.
I believe complex or challenging people and dogs teach us life lessons when we are willing to love and learn.
In your comments, please mention issues you have had with your dog or dogs. Any tips or hints on how to solve thing issues you describe would help other dog lovers, too.
Thanks for reading, Deborah Taylor-French

Take me for a drive! is what Bundy would say, he loves being in the car, going for drives and will happily sleep in there while it is being washed. Maxi loves water so she would want to go to the beach as well 🙂

Thanks 4 contributing with your story of Bundy and Maxi. Already I want to read more stories about them.
We have Tokyo Tuxedo, our house rabbit, who loves being in the car. He hops in his crate, we buckle it in the backseat & take him to Bunny Day at the animal shelter we adopted him from. Bunny volunteers know him by name, trim his nails, pet and see that he’s a healthy rabbit.
Once I got the date wrong. Sadly I drove him back home. Surprise, that mere drive changed Tuxedo’s mood from his grumpy week to happy hopping.
Thanks for your comment. I am thinking of publishing a weekly “Comment Love” list. Do send me a photo or two I can publish with it.

Haley agrees with Sydney, 100 percent. As a matter of fact, I agree with Sydney too, lol! Let’s go to the BEACH.

We want to go today too. Thanks for your note!
It’s too chilly right now for Sydney. Short-legged dogs stay cold even in a padded sweater or in a lined raincoat. 😔😒✌
